Pedestrian Detour

Due to construction between Newell Dining Hall and The Power Plant, there will be no pedestrian access to the Cook Library’s loading dock door. This area will be closed to pedestrians until the Spring 2017 term. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Work Control, extension 4-2481.

Construction Update: Glen Bridge

Problems with the Glen Bridge were discovered during a recent routine inspection. After further investigation it was decided that the safest and ultimately most cost-effective option is replacing the bridge instead of repairing it.  Currently, the new bridge is expected to be completed by spring 2017.

Emerson Drive Closure on June 23

On Thursday, June 23, a crane will be set and operating to stage materials between Carroll Hall and West Village Garage, closing off this portion of Emerson Drive from noon – 5 p.m.   This will not affect the Garage or Pedestrian Walkway.  Any issues or concerns should be directed to Work Control (x4-2481).

Linthicum – 2nd Floor Women’s Rest Room
