System maintenance will be performed this Sunday, 3/16/14, from 7 a.m. until 12 noon. The following services will be offline at some point during the maintenance window:
- TechHelp
- SharePoint
- Virtual Workspace
- Maintenance Connection
- FDS (File Delivery System)
- Crestron Roomview
- Knowledge Center
- Temporary Workstation Access Tool
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. to noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
