Student Permit Sales
2013-2014 parking permit sales will begin early for students. Online permit sales for students will begin Wednesday May 1 at 9 a.m. for all commuters and residents. All payment options will be available at this time. Students wishing to use their Bursar accounts as a payment method have until June 21, at 5 p.m. to select this option. After June 21, the Bursar option will no longer be available. Other payment options such as credit card and C.O.D. will continue to be available throughout the year.
If your status changes at anytime, you must contact Parking & Transportation Services in order to exchange your permit for the appropriate permit, based on your status.

Faculty/Staff Permit Sales
For Faculty/Staff, payroll deduction auto-renewal for permit purchases will begin July 15, 2013. If you have not received a confirmation email regarding the new permit sale by early August, please contact Parking & Transportation Services to check on your permit renewal.
If you used payroll deduction last year and you do not wish to take part in payroll deduction for the upcoming academic year, please complete a Payroll Deduction Cancellation Form prior to July 15, 2013. This form can be obtained through the Auxiliary Services Business Office which is located on level one of the University Union.
If you did not use payroll deduction last year to pay for your permit you may go on-line to purchase your new permit at https://auxt2ebizvm.towson.edu/t2/cmn/auth.aspx. Various payment options are available, based on your status. If you eligible and wish to sign up for payroll deduction for the first time, the deadline is August 23, 2013. Individuals using C.O.D. must pay for the permit by the first day of classes or within five business days of the permit purchase, whichever is later. 2013-14 Parking permits will become valid for use on Monday August 19, 2013.
