Due to construction associated with the Osler pedestrian bridge, lots 11 and 17 will be closed as outlined below. Please review the following important information as there will be major changes to parking areas and shuttle routes effective March 2013:
Lot 11, 11a (Commuter & Visitor Parking) and the Faculty/Staff parking along the road:
– This area will be permanently closed after spring break on Monday, March 25.
– The visitor, vendor and ZipCar spaces and pay station will be relocated to the ground floor ramp of the Union garage
– The Faculty/Staff spaces from the road and ramp will be relocated to the second floor of the Union garage.
Lot 17 Enrollment Services
– The entire lot 17 area will be closed on or about Monday, April 8, 2013. A portion of the lot will be returned for service sometime during the fall 2013 semester.
– Dedicated Faculty/Staff parking will be added to the 2nd level of the West Village garage. Additional parking will also be available in posted areas on the 2nd and 3rd level of the West Village garage where all permits are valid.
– Individuals who utilize handicapped parking in this areas will need to use handicapped spaces in the West Village or Union Garage. Please be aware that ParaTransit service is available for those with mobility issues. Please see our website for more information about ParaTransit service.
Transportation Changes
– Timonium/Cockeysville bus stop will be moved from Lot 11 to the bus slip off Osler Drive in front of Enrollment Services Building.
– Para-transit Pick-up/Drop-off for Enrollment Services will be at Bus slip off of Osler Drive in front of Enrollment Services Building.
