This skills-based group focuses on strategies for coping with a variety of challenges, such as: anxiety management, anger management, taking care of yourself, combating negative self-talk and empowering yourself, mindfulness and stress management, perfectionism, boundaries and assertiveness, and conflict management. Topics change weekly. All TU students are welcome to attend any (or every) week! Join us at the Counseling Center on Wednesdays at 1-2 p.m. Our next meeting will be on March 27 and address Anxiety Management.
