Spend your Saturdays at ?The U?
Towson University Faculty & Staff are eligible to receive a considerable discount along with other valuable perks when you purchase football season tickets for the Tigers six home games at Johnny Unitas Stadium during the 2008 season. TU employees can purchase up to four season tickets for just $30 apiece, a 40% savings on regular reserved season tickets ($50) and one-third the normal adult game day price per ticket. In addition, Faculty & Staff who buy now will also receive an official ?Saturdays at The U? schedule t-shirt with their purchase while supplies last.
Last year Towson averaged more than 7,100 fans per game at Unitas Stadium, including a new single-game record attendance (nearly 11,000) and three of the top seven crowds in school history. We expect the fun and the crowds to increase. We hope you?ll want to get in on the excitement and spend your ?Saturdays at The U!?
This year we?re introducing a dedicated location in the stadium for TU Faculty & Staff and their guests to enjoy the games. Section 210 on the 35-yard line will be the Faculty & Staff home where you can socialize with colleagues and friends while cheering on the Tigers.
FAQs
Why should I buy season tickets?
? Season tickets consistently guarantee you and your guests a reserved seat in a great location.
? Season tickets save you money and time.
? Season tickets are a tangible display of school spirit and support of our student-athletes.
If I get a ticket for free as an employee, how do I save money?
Do you come to games by yourself? Our guess is that you probably do not. So let’s say that you like to attend the games with three other friends or family members. If for example, you buy four Faculty & Staff Season Tickets at $30, then you would outlay $120. Game day prices for adults are $15. If you only came to three games and got your comp ticket and then purchased three tickets for your guests, you?d be spending $135! For only half the season!
There is also a strong chance you might not all be able to sit together, especially not in seats as good as Section 210. Can?t make it to a game? You can always share your season tickets with a friend or donate them to our Seats for Kids Program where Towson Athletics matches your donation ticket for ticket and invites an underprivileged youth group to our campus for a game.

*CAA Games
The Colonial Athletic Association delivers the best football in all of the Football Championship Subdivision (I-AA). CAA Football was extremely successful in 2007 with an FCS-record five teams qualifying for the NCAA playoffs, 67 players earning All-America honors and Delaware becoming the fourth CAA team in the past five seasons to compete in the national championship game. Don?t miss your chance to see the next Joe Flacco, the Delaware QB who was drafted in the first round by the Baltimore Ravens, play at Unitas Stadium.
How do I get tickets to see Towson play at Navy on August 30?
Only season ticket holders and Tiger Club members can purchase tickets for the Tigers? historic game against the Naval Academy on August 30. It will be the first time Towson has ever played a Football Bowl Subdivision (I-A) team. As a season ticket holder, you are entitled to purchase as many Navy tickets (in the Towson cheering section) as season tickets that you purchase. Without season tickets, you?ll have to wait until July 1 to buy individual game tickets, based on availability.
