Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007: Adjust the Outlook Calendar Time Increments:
By default your Outlook 2003/2007calendar is divided into 30-minute time slots, but this may be too long or too short depending on your requirements or personal preference. Outlook 2003/2007 offers the following time increments: 5, 6, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. You can select your desired increment from this list with just two quick mouse clicks!
1. Start Outlook 2003/2007.
2. Display the Calendar in Daily View.
3. Right-click on the list of time increments on the left.
4. Select the desired new increment?5, 6, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes?and your Outlook 2003/2007 calendar will automatically adjust to the new setting.
