In this workshop, please join the Towson University Staff Council (TUSC) in welcoming Amy Van Arsdale and Melissa Trevathan-Minnis from the Towson University Counseling Center to discuss the grief process and how it differs from mourning. We will address myths about these processes and describe healthy ways to find support and support others regarding grief and loss. Discussion among participants will be encouraged, but not required.
