1. The May Visa transactions are now on the ProCard Reallocation and Reconciliation System for you to view or edit. These transactions will be transferred to the PeopleSoft Accounting System at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 9. This is a reminder that once the period is closed, no further reallocations between departments, grants, and/or accounts can be done. The period will then be available under the view-only history function.
2. The university?s upcoming fiscal year-end close will have an effect on university corporate visa cardholder transactions. Cardholders will need to adjust their use of the credit cards in order for purchases to be included in the current budget year. Although the billing period cut-off date established by the bank is the 25th of each month, we strongly suggest June 18, 2010 be the last day the Visa cards should be used to ensure transactions are posted against the FY2010 budgets.
