Join us for open CIAT lab hours. Simply come to the CIAT lab (Cook Library, Room 405) during the open lab hours and ask away. We will help you with your PC and MAC questions. Please see the descriptions below for more information on this new service and click on this link to view a list of dates and to enroll in these open lab session (although you may just show up as well).

Ask the PC Tech Trainer
Do you have questions relating to a Towson University supported software package? If you are a PC user on campus and need some one-on-one time with a software trainer, the “Ask the PC Tech Trainer” open lab is designed for you. Simply come to the CIAT lab during the prescribed open lab hours and ask questions and seek help. Bring your file with you if you wish. During this time, you can obtain training on the following: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows XP, Vista or 7 or any other Towson University supported software package.

Ask the Mac Tech Trainer
