The Maryland Writing Project invites the campus community to attend our annual Visitors? Day for the Summer Teacher Institute. This culminating event will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2004, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Lecture Hall, room 238.
The program will offer an introduction to the Maryland Writing Project and to the Summer Teacher Institute as well as offer a sampling of the excellent teaching demonstrations which the Summer Institute participants have developed. The strategies presented are applicable to all grade levels, pre-k through university. And, as is our custom at all Maryland Writing Project events, you will eat well.
