Having Problems Using Wireless? Wireless Configuration Clinic Scheduled for Thursday!

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will hold a Wireless Configuration Clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 10 on the third floor of the University Union, room 309.

The clinic is designed for students, faculty and staff who have attempted to use Towson Unplugged but have been unsuccessful or are encountering problems. The clinic is not intended for users who have not made an initial attempt to access Towson Unplugged; these users should first refer to the training documentation on the Unplugged site at {http://www.towson.edu/unplugged}. If you encounter problems after doing so, please attend the clinic.

One-on-one assistance from OTS staff will be provided at the clinic. Attendees should bring their personally owned laptops or PDAs with them. Faculty and staff with university-owned devices are also welcome, although by-appointment onsite support is still available as an alternative.
