Due to recent changes to Office of Technology Services servers, any client-side settings on Macintosh computers which allow H: and O: drives to be automatically mapped at boot-up will most likely be broken and will need to be manually recreated.

If you are unsure whether or not you automatically map to the network drives, restart your Macintosh. If it requires you to authenticate during start-up, this is an indication that you do automatically map.
