Blackboard support returns to campus next week

Blackboard support for faculty and students will be provided by the newly expanded on-campus TU Blackboard team. This move away from the remote Blackboard 24/7 support service is in response to faculty requests and on-going research through the Blackboard Adoption Initiative, and is effective as of July 1, 2018.

What this means for the campus
Support and resolution for TU-specific issues will be provided directly from the TU Blackboard team, which will be comprised of full-time staff and student administrators.

New support options
Blackboard support will be available over the phone, through TechHelp service requests, scheduled appointments, departmental or individual workshops. TU-specific self-help documentation will be accessible at any time.

How to access support
Blackboard 24/7 should be used until June 30. See support options at www.towson.edu/blackboard.

Stay tuned to T3, and follow the TU Blackboard team on twitter @TUBlackboard for more updates and information on this change.
