In accordance with TU guidelines and federal law, all current and prospective students and employees are entitled access to Towson University’s Annual Security and Fire Safety Reports, also known as the Clery Report. Click here to access the document for the main campus, and here for TUNE.
The Clery Reports contain statistics about crimes which occurred over the past three years on-campus (main and TUNE campuses respectively), in off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the university, or on public property adjacent to campus. They also contain statistics on fires that occurred in on-campus student housing facilities during calendar years 2014, 2015 and 2016, as well as policies and practices pertaining to campus security, emergency response, crime reporting, alcohol and drugs, victims’ assistance programs, student discipline, crime prevention, campus safety and on-campus residential students who become missing for more than 24 hours. The 2017 statistics will be published in the Annual Security Reports in October 2018, and will be reflected in the next quarterly report.
Hard copies of the reports can be viewed or obtained by calling 410-704-2505 or 410-704-5766, or by going to the Towson University Police Department.
