In today’s electronic, fast-paced world, it is difficult to keep up with technology and the way each service interacts with the other. Join us Monday August 11th at noon for this brief online Bits and Bytes session where you will become acquainted with a service called IF THIS, THEN THAT which is designed to help automate a lot of online tasks. If This, Then That (or IFTTT for short) is a service that enables users to connect different web applications (e.g., Facebook, Evernote, Weather, Dropbox, etc.) together through simple conditional statements known as “Recipes”. You will learn how to use IFTTT to create recipes, connect online services and become more productive.

This session will be conducted online via a WebEx web conference. This is not a face to face workshop. You can attend this session from your home or office. In order to attend this session, you will need:

A computer
An audio connection (either a headset or the speaker in your computer) or you may use your telephone as your audio source
Webcam is optional
