Employment/Fingerprinting Process Change

Effective 1/9/13, the Office of Human Resources will require all regular and contingent staff employees to have completed their criminal background investigation (fingerprinting) five business days prior to their start date. This change in our process will help safeguard university employees, students and guests.

In addition, to simplify the Contingent Category I (CC I) contract process, we will be automatically separating CC I employees 30 days after the end date specified on their contract.
