The Take Charge of Your Health program is a great kick off for the New Year with a resolution to improve your well-being. This free program is available to adults of all ages who are interested in developing a plan to self-manage health, health conditions and well-being. The series consists of 6 sessions on Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., beginning January 23 and continuing through February 27. Sessions will be held at the Institute for Well-Being at the Towson City Center.
