Each summer, motivated teachers and students are competitively selected to participate in the Maryland Educators’ Summer Research Program and experience authentic research in private, government, and university laboratories across the state. Candidates selected for summer internships will experience state-of-the-art technology and research techniques, expand their network of resources, and develop knowledge and skills that can be transferred to attitudes and practices in the classroom to promote inquiry-based learning.
