EXTENDED DUE DATE
Due to weather related closings of the university, the payment due date for bills with a February 3, 2004 due date has been extended to February 10, 2004. After February 10, 2004, a $75 late fee will be assessed and you will be responsible for the spring 2004 charges.
NON-PAYMENT NOTIFICATION
Cancellation of class schedules will NOT occur. If you do not plan to attend the spring 2004 semester, you will need to officially withdraw by February 4, 2004 (the extended date for Change of Schedule) to have your spring 2004 tuition and fee charges removed at 100%.
CRITICAL DATES:
February 4 – Withdraw from the university with credit of 100% tuition and fees
February 5 to 16 – Withdraw from the university with credit of 50% of tuition only
February 17 – Zero adjustment or refund for withdrawal
February 10 – Payment for bills issued with a February 3 due date must be received.
After February 10 – $75.00 late fee assessed
