Every class includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy, and strength. Enjoy a regular exercise program, reduce stress, and learn to defend yourself with motivating instructors, and friendly adult classmates.
Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate), taught as part of T.U.’s Active Lifestyle noncredit program, offers those benefits and many more.
Both men and women can enroll in Monday and/or Wednesday evening classes, starting Wednesday, February 6th st, 6.00pm – 7.00pm.

The course is taught by Chris Bartlett, Department of Art, who is a 2nd degree Black Belt, and Howard Solomon, 2nd degree Black Belt.
The cost is $80 per semester one night per week, $150 per semester two nights per week.
