SOFTWARE TIP OF THE WEEK

Microsoft PowerPoint 2003: Duplicate a Slide

Did you ever wish you could make a quick duplicate of an entire existing PowerPoint slide? You can! Here?s how:

1. Display your presentation in Slide Sorter View by selecting View > Slide Sorter .
2. Select the slide to be duplicated by clicking on it once.
3. Press CTRL+D. The slide is duplicated.
4. You may edit the duplicate slide, if you wish, and it will not change the original slide.
