This endowment serves to honor Dr. Brungardt for his many years of contribution to Towson University as well as being a founding member of the Asian Arts & Culture Center in 1971 and President of the Advisory Board from 1997-2009. He was a key element in the growth and development of the Center and this endowment provides a stable funding source to support and enhance the mission of the Asian Arts & Culture Center. Dr. Brungardt passed away on December 29, 2010.
