Samir V. Deshpande, a doctoral candidate in Information Technology, will present his dissertation defense on Friday, November 5, at 10:00 am in the Computer Science Conference Room, room 459 in 7800 York Road. The title of his dissertation is ” A Database and bioinformatics tools for detection of novel, emerging and engineered threats by Mass Spectrometry (MS) based Proteomics ” His advisor is Dr. Nadim Alkharouf.
