The Street Law Program

The Institute for Teaching and Research on Women at TU and the Baltimore City Female Taskforce invite you to attend THE STREET LAW PROGRAM. This nationally recognized youth advocacy program aims to:

1) Enhance participants understanding of the law
2) Teach Self-Advocacy Skills
3) Increase awareness of Civic Responsibility

Please join Professor Alycia M. Guichard, the Director of the New Jersey Fellow Street Law Program located at Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, N.J. for a stimulating presentation. Dr. Guichard?s presentation will be held at Towson University?s University Union ? Chesapeake rooms 1 & 2 on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 8:30 am ? 3:00 pm with a continental breakfast beginning at 8:30 am.

Lunch is not provided and is available at any of the three dining areas in the University Union or at the Burkshire Hotel (only a 10 minute walk). Glen and Newell Dining rooms also provide a special $5 ?all you can eat? lunch program on Fridays.
