SOFTWARE TIP OF THE WEEK
Excel/PowerPoint/Word 2003 & 2007 Zoom in and out using the keyboard and mouse
You may change the zoom percentage in a Word document, Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint slide using the keyboard and mouse. Press the CTRL key on your keyboard while rolling the mouse?s scroll wheel. To make the zoom percentage larger, move the mouse?s scroll wheel up. To make the zoom percentage smaller, move the mouse?s scroll wheel down.
