Q: What is the Master Events Calendar?
A: The Master Events Calendar is part of the university?s 2010 initiatives and stems from a program that maintains space information on campus. The calendar enables individuals to view a variety of campus events and activities quickly and easily online.

Q: Where can I review the Master Events Calendar?
A: Click on the calendars link at the top center of the university?s home page.

Q: Why is it that when I click on the calendars link only a few events appear?
A: The default ?To Do at TU? page contains primary public events held on campus, including fine arts performances, athletic home games, and major student or campus activities.

Q: How do I find other events that are of my interest?
A: You can search by category on the left navigational bar, or navigate by day, week, or month. Please note that the ?show all posted events? category contains all posted events. For schedules, deadlines, or departmental/organizational calendars, click ?More Calendars? on the left navigational bar.

Q: How can I get my event on the calendar?
A: Fill out the Facility Reservation Form linked on the left navigational bar and select ?yes? to the question, ?Do you want this event published to the university’s master calendar?? Your event will be posted according to target audience and/or category.
