What do you do when a company is too big to be small and too small to be big? How can a business grow without having customer service suffer? Is it possible to build the infrastructure ahead of the revenue? These are just a few of the challenges facing companies that have hit the growth wall.
On Thursday, September 22 the Division of Economic and Community Outreach (DECO) along with the Greater Baltimore Technology Council (GBTC) will be hosting a Meet the Members Event entitled ?Scaling the Growth Wall?. The event provides an opportunity for attendees to network and listen to local business leaders as they share their expertise and experiences. Three panelists from local companies will speak about growth within their own companies and share what they did right, what they could have done better, and what they?ve learned in the process. Panelists include Gary Broache, President, Rewards Plus, Jon Byrd, President, The Seva Group, and Jim Stout, CEO, Invoke Systems. The Moderator will be Art Jacoby, Principal, Jacoby.
