Tae Kwon Do classes are being offered on campus, beginning February 4 (Wed.)or Feb. 9 (Mon.), from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Towson Center, Rooms 103/350. Every class includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy, and strength. Tae Kwon Do (the Korean art of self-defense) reduces stress and helps one meet life?s daily challenges. The cost is $38 for seven weeks. Participants may attend on either Monday or Wednesday, or both days.
