Following an extensive and competitive selection process the TUPD would like to welcome new Captain Jerry Foracappo. Jerry comes to Towson from the Baltimore County Police Department, where he recently retired after 25 years of experience. He has previously been assigned to Patrol, Homicide, Family Crimes, Burglary and Precinct-based investigations, and has several years of experience in security at Villa Julie College. He is also a Towson alumnus.
Jerry will bring his broad array of experience to Towson beginning Monday, October 8. Please join us in welcoming Captain Foracappo to the department.
