SOFTWARE TIP OF THE WEEK
Microsoft Publisher 2003: Save Your Publication as a Graphic File
If you need to share part or all of your MS Publisher publication with individuals who do not have MS Publisher, you can save your publication as a picture. This trick works extremely well for single page publications because MS Publisher can quickly save the active page as a graphic. If you publication has multiple pages, you must save each page individually as a graphic. Note: Image formats, such as jpg or gif are the most commonly used formats.
1. Display your MS Publisher publication.
2. Click File > Save As? on the menu bar.
3. In the Save As dialog box, click the drop down arrow in the Save as type field and select one of the following graphic format options: .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .png, .drw, .pcx, .wmf, .emf, .tga, and .dxf.
