TAE KWON DO Self Defense Begins Next Week

Every class includes exercises to promote cardio-vascular and physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, energy, and strength.

Enjoy a regular exercise program, reduce stress, and learn to defend yourself with motivating instructors, and friendly adult classmates.

Tae Kwon Do (Korean karate), taught as part of T.U.’s Active Lifestyle noncredit program, offers those benefits and many more.

Both men and women can enroll in Monday and/or Wednesday evening classes, Monday, September 10th and/or Wednesday, September 12th , 6.00pm – 7.00pm. at the Towson Center, (room 103 on Mondays, room 350 on Wednesdays), through December 12th.

The course is taught by Prof. Chris Bartlett, Department of Art, who is a 2nd degree Black Belt, and Howard Solomon, 2nd degree Black Belt.

The cost is $80 per 14-week semester one night per week, $150 per 14-week semester two nights per week.
