Starting on December 23, 2008 callers phoning the OTS Help Line at 410-704-5151 after business hours will be provided with the toll-free number of our 24/7 support partner. This after hours support service will offer TU callers first-level assistance on many of the faculty, staff and student support needs addressed by OTS. The service will be available whenever TU help centers are not open and is provided by OTS as part of our continuing effort to address the technology support needs of the Towson University community.
