Claire de Lune: A Recital to the Moon

Join Towson University music faculty, Phillip Collister (baritone) and Reynaldo Reyes (piano) as they present this recital of songs and solo piano works inspired by the moon. Works include settings of Clair de Lune by Faure and Debussy, including the famous piano setting from Debussy?s Suite Bergamasque. Beethoven?s Piano Sonata No. 14 in the C-sharp minor ?Quasi una Fantasia?, Op. 27, No. 2, known as the ?Moonlight? Sonata. Songs include Jacques Leguerny?s song cycle La Nuit, and songs by Brahms, Wolf, Schubert, Schumann and others.
Tickets: $12 general admission; $10 seniors; $5 students with valid ID
