The Men’s Golf team is celebrating their berth into the NCAA Golf tournament by hosting an event at Bill Bateman’s in Towson on May 17 at 7 p.m.
Towson University claimed its first ever Colonial Athletic Association Men’s Golf Championship as the Tigers grabbed the early lead and never let go, winning the title by a comfortable 11 strokes over runner up William & Mary on The Homestead’s par 70, 6,679-yard Cascade Course.
The event at Bateman’s is free for golf alumni and just $10 for other guests. The team will also be selling commorative t-shirts.
