A win could dramatically improve their seeding in the upcoming CAA Championship, so the team plans to leave everything on the court in this great match-up with long time rival Delaware. Jermon Bushrod of the Super Bowl Champions New Orleans Saints will make an appearance. The 1989-90 Tiger men’s basketball team will be honored as it is the 20th Anniversary of their NCAA appearance. The women’s basketball team makes a return appearance on Sunday, where they too face long time rival Delaware at 2 pm. The five seniors will be honored in their final home game. Also, two of the top scorers in the CAA will lead their team’s attack. Senior Shanae Baker-Brice, the Tigers all-time scoring leader will take on Elena Delle Donn of Delaware. Averaging nearly 27 points a game, this rookie sensation has elevated Delaware back to elite status in the CAA. Both women’s basketball games will be broadcast on WTMD.

All five games will be webstreamed on TowsonTigers.com. There are plenty of promotions surrounding each game, including a ticket discount for those that attend both games on Saturday. Give-aways include an iPod speaker at the Thursday women’s game, a schedule magnet at the men’s lacrosse game and a head band give-away at the men’s basketball game.
