The spring sports season is finally here and what better way to spend a Saturday away from shoveling snow than at Unitas Stadium with your Towson Tigers mens lacrosse team for their home opener.
On Saturday February 27, the Tigers take on Bucknell to open up a season that is guaranteed to fulfill your lacrosse needs. After losing a heartbreaker to Villanova in the conference championship last year, the Tigers look for revenge this year in the CAA. The Tigers are picked to finish fourth in the conference and have broken the top 25 in some national poles.
The men will be led by Midfielder Will Harrington who has been named to the pre-season all CAA team and head coach Tony Seamen who will be starting his 12 season with the Tigers.
Admission to the games is free to all students with a OneCard and all faculty will receive one free ticket. For ticket information, call the ticket office at 410-704-2244.
Free schedule magnets and posters will also be distributed at the game so you can be sure not to miss a home game this season.
