Outlook 2007 Use Key Tip Commands
Key tips allow you to use your keyboard to perform commands in Outlook.
1. Create a new email message.
2. Press the ALT key on your keyboard to display the Key Tip badges. They will appear for all Ribbon tabs and on the Quick Access toolbar.
3. Press the key on your keyboard for the desired tab to display.
4. Press the key or keys for the button on that tab you want. If the Key Tip is two letters, press the first key and then the second.
