Join Professor David Zang for a lecture and discussion of the Negro Baseball Leagues and the legal and social issues which contributed to this vital aspect of America?s baseball history.

Dr. Zang is professor of Kinesiology at Towson University and biographer of Moses Fleetwood Walker.

This lecture is sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Towson University in partnership with Towson?s Cook Library exhibition?February 24?April 8, 2011. ?Pride and Passion: The African-American Baseball Experience? exhibit was organized by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum and the American Library Association and made possible by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
