The HIV Counseling and Testing Service located in the Dowell Health Center is offering free anonymous testing on Monday, February 7, 2005 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary. This program is in recognition of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
