Please join TUSC and Christine Woods, Program Director of the Wellness Center for this one-hour session. This workshop will explore how an exercise routine can be designed to effectively stimulate the musculoskeletal and/or cardiorespiratory stystems.
Some variables that will be considered include: the workout format, exercise sequence/training designs and exercise variation.
Understanding these variables and how to apply them allows one to create a personalized workout that takes into consideration individual likes/dislikes, time constraints, equipment availability etc. Workouts that are functional and fun are the only ones that will keep you exercising over the long term. Use your new knowledge and create exercise routines you’ll want to keep up forever!
