WHAT: Revelry & Rivalry ? a football and family festival
WHEN: Saturday, October 9, noon to 9 p.m.
WHERE: Parade starts at Bosley & Allegheny Aves. in Towson; celebration concludes with fireworks display at Johnny Unitas Stadium at Towson University, following a family festival on TU?s Burdick Field and Homecoming football game.
WHY: It?s more than a Homecoming. It?s a hometown celebration.
Musicians from Baltimore County high school bands will join TU and community organizations in a parade through Towson, concluding at TU?s Burdick Field, where a community-wide festival for Towson Tiger fans of all ages will enjoy a festival with food, music, live entertainment and games. TU?s Homecoming football game against the Rhode Island Rams kicks off at 6 p.m. in Johnny Unitas Stadium and will be followed by a dazzling fireworks display.
