Please join the Towson University Staff Council (TUSC) and Rodney Urand of OTS for a quick insight into Relationship Strategies, a session on learning behavioral communication styles. Communication is a key strategy to help in any relationship and knowing the type of personality you are communicating to will go a long way to breaking down barriers to communication.
Here’s some of what you’ll learn:
? Understand the four basic behavior types
? Easily determine the personality style of everyone you meet
? Behave in a way that will improve your compatibility with anyone
? Accelerate the process of getting to genuinely know people
? Understand your own personality and why you act the way you do
