The following downtimes will occur this Sunday, March 14 during the Office of Technology Service?s (OTS) university-approved Sunday maintenance window:
DIAL-UP SERVICE SPORADICALLY UNAVAILABLE, 6 A.M.-NOON
The university?s remote access server (RAS) will be sporadically unavailable 6 a.m. to noon, Sunday. As a result, off-campus users may not have access to dial-up service.
During the maintenance, OTS will upgrade the RAS software for improved performance, reliability and stability.
PEOPLESOFT DOWNTIME, 6 A.M.-NOON
PeopleSoft and any application that relies on it will be unavailble 6 a.m. to noon, Sunday to install new network hardware for increased performance.
Most applications that require a TU login will be affected, including timesheets, Procurement Cards, class schedules, the TU catalog and telephone directory, forms repository and TowsonU online
WEBMAIL AND TIGER WEB SERVICES UNAVAILABLE, 6 A.M.-NOON
OTS will perform routine maintenance on the university’s Tiger server 6 a.m. to noon, Sunday. As a result, all Tiger services, including Webmail and student account management Web pages, and any services that rely on Tiger will be unavailable.
