The following downtime will occur Sunday, July 24 during the Office of Technology Services’ Sunday maintenance window.
All Exchange e-mail services (Outlook Web Access, PDA and local connections), Citrix services, TIMS external student teacher scheduling, and some interactive components to university Web pages will be unavailable, 8-10 a.m.
OTS will change the hardware on the Exchange server, which requires technicians to shut it down. The Citrix server and TIMS, as well as several Web component servers, will receive security patches. Both maintenances will provide for increased reliability, stability and security.
