Over the next week, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) requests the campus’ patience when filing networking issues and problems through the Help Center.
OTS’ Networking and Communication Services unit is currently focusing its resources on completing the campus’ network upgrade project. The Help Center is resolving all networking issues on a first-come first-served basis as resources become available. OTS apologizes in advance if requests may take longer to meet than usual.
Once the network upgrade project is complete on Monday, August 16, the Networking and Communication staff will be able to refocus their efforts toward Help Center requests.
