On January 12, 2012, OTS will update the directory options on Cisco phones. After the update, the TU Phonebook directory should be used for searching Towson University faculty/staff phone numbers. The “TU Phonebook” is based on the information in the online phone directory. Departmental phone coordinators should be contacted if any information needs to be updated online.
The directory can be found by pressing the “directories” button on your Cisco phone. Searching will function the same as the current “corporate directory.” Special characters (e.g., dash, apostrophe) can be provided by using the 1, 0, * and # buttons.
