The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce that all Faculty and Staff now have access to their basic personal and educational data stored in the PeopleSoft data base.
To access PeopleSoft, log onto Towson Online Services and navigate to: Self Service. For access to personal data, click on Personal Information Summary under Personal Information. For access to training and highest degree data, click on the links under Learning and Development. To exit PeopleSoft, click on Sign Out in the upper right hand corner of any screen.
You will only be able to update your personal phone, emergency contact, and race and ethnicity information in PeopleSoft. You may enter as many phone numbers and emergency contacts as you wish. However, you must designate one phone number and one contact as primary. If you need to change your name and/or address, complete the appropriate forms {http://www.towson.edu/adminfinance/fiscalplanning/financialservices/documents/PayrollAddressForm2006.pdf} and send them to Cynthia Andrews in the Office of Human Resources. Please note that the Comptroller of Maryland Central Payroll Bureau Payroll Address Form is also used for name changes.
Please update your race and ethnicity information. In accordance with new federal guidelines, Towson University will now collect racial and ethnic data in a two-question format. The first question is whether or not you are Hispanic/Latino and the second question asks you to select one or more racial groups. To complete the two-part questionnaire, click on the “Change ethnic groups” button on the Personal Information Summary page and click ?Save?.
