Blackboard support is back on campus

As of July 1, Blackboard support for faculty and students now provides by the newly expanded on-campus TU Blackboard team. The remote service, Blackboard 24/7, is no longer used for accessing support. This move is in response to faculty requests and on-going research through the Blackboard Adoption Initiative.

What this means for the campus
Support and resolution for TU-specific issues is provided directly from the TU Blackboard team, which is comprised of full-time staff and student administrators.

New support options
These Blackboard support options are available:

  • Call 410-704-5151 to speak to an on-campus Blackboard rep
  • Submit TechHelp service requests to the TU Blackboard team
  • Book scheduled appointments for answers to your specific questions
  • Book departmental or individual workshops for customized training

TU-specific self-help documentation for faculty and students can be accessed at any time. See all support options at www.towson.edu/blackboard.
