The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is deeply saddened to share that Joanne Anderson passed away unexpectedly on May 6.
Joanne was an IT Support team lead for the campus’ Central Precinct in OTS’ Client Services. Joanne began her career at Towson University in 1998, as one of the founding staff members in the OTS Help Center 20 years ago. She concluded her service to the university working in the Administration building, Center for the Arts, Stephens Hall and other locations on campus. Her specialties included Macs, smart phones, network printers, and support for senior administration. She will be remembered for her kindness, patience, and keen ability to provide guidance to fix those pesky computer problems.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, May 13, from 3 – 6 p.m. at Wylie Funeral Home, 9200 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. This is open to all. The funeral service will be limited to family.
